I have been working with farmers in the crop insurance business since 1992. Additionally, I have been involved in my family's farm since 1978. I believe that being engaged in both areas provides an advantage to my customers, as I can understand the industry from both perspectives. Knowing various programs, working with the FSA office, understanding crop insurance, and being directly involved in farming are all important aspects of my work.
Over the last 30 years as a crop insurance agent, I have witnessed many changes, and each year brings new challenges. My extensive experience has made me versatile and well adapted to the constant changes in both crop insurance and farming.
I have been married to my husband Buzz for over 40 years. We live near Stratford and farm together with our son Dustin, our daughter Lona, and our son-in-law Bryce Krueger. My primary duties on the farm include fieldwork, driving the semi and grain cart, and preparing meals for everyone.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my five grandchildren, socializing with friends, fishing, and riding motorcycles. I primarily work from home but assist in the office as needed.
